SIF Prevention Roadmap

Many organizations want to use CSRA research, but they’re often left asking: Where do we start? How far along are we? And what should we do next? With so many tools, studies, and practices available, the path forward isn’t always clear. In this project, we will build a practical roadmap for integrating evidence-based SIF prevention techniques. Like a curriculum, the roadmap will show the logical sequence of steps, what is needed to reach each stage, and how capabilities grow over time. We’ll also create an interactive self-assessment tool that lets companies describe their current state and instantly receive tailored guidance. It will highlight strengths, reveal gaps, and point to the highest-value next actions. And to make it accessible, the roadmap and assessment will be integrated into the CSRA website, offering a simple, intuitive place for practitioners to explore the journey and access the resources that support each step. By translating research into a clear and usable pathway, this project will help companies accelerate the adoption of evidence-based practices and move more confidently toward eliminating SIFs.
